In short: the training is suitable both for personal development and for future professional practice.

Self-love and joy for life (Module 1)

Fundamentals of spiritual-systemic embodiment

Self-love and joyf are the ingredients for a fulfilled life! With music and movement, with sensory awareness exercises, guided meditations, and constellations, we devote ourselves to who we are, to our longings and heartfelt desires, in order to bring them to life.

Methods:

  • Sensing and distinguishing the qualities of the I–Self: individuality and connectedness

  • Healing approach to wounds through the practice of forgiveness

  • Heart’s desire constellations

  • Rediscovering oneself by uncovering old patterns

The Power of the Ancestors (Module 2)
Time Dimension in Constellation Work

Where do we come from? is one of the great questions we as humans ask ourselves—and one that we explore in a practical way in this seminar. The web of our origins includes our ancestors, to whom we owe our physical existence. Along with this heritage, we often carry beliefs, thought patterns, habits, or even symptoms that no longer serve us.

In working with our ancestors, we have the opportunity to let go of what is old and no longer beneficial, and to return it to where it originally arose. Gratitude toward those who came before us, and receiving the blessing of our ancestors for the gift of life, can be deeply comforting and healing.

Methods:

  • Review and deepening of I / SELF embodiment work

  • Forgiveness and self-forgiveness; a healing approach to shame and guilt

  • Returning pain/symptoms to the ancestral field

  • Receiving the blessing of the ancestors

The Medicine Wheel (Module 3)
Spatial dimension in systemic constellation work

“Consciousness is everything. The world is only as we perceive it. If we learn to change our perception, we change the world.” Carlos Castaneda

Here we weave together the wisdom of "Twisted Hairs" with embodiment work.

"Twisted Hairs" is a symbol for the unification (twisted) of shamanic knowledge (hairs) from various shamanic traditions of the Central American continent. I myself followed this shamanic path for a decade. Years later, to my great joy, I discovered a new approach to the "wheel knowledge" from this tradition in Siegfried Essen's work.

The four or eight cardinal directions, whose qualities reside both within us and in nature, express their wisdom through their representatives. In the ceremony of the blossoming tree, we receive answers to our questions about communicating with nature. Here, we experience "I" and "Self" as expressions of the shamanic Tonal and Nagual dimensions.

Methods:

  • Deepening of I / SELF embodiment; experiencing the SELF as space

  • The Medicine Wheel

  • Nature walk

  • Ceremony of the blossoming tree

  • Trance journeys & meditation

Personal Mastery and the Power of Desire (Module 4)

"Form is emptiness"

"Emptiness is form." (Heart Sutra)

Just as we are led from sleep to the source each night and awaken anew, so too do our longings and heartfelt desires lead us to the source of the Self, which is always available to us; this is how we experience it in the miracle constellation.

Methods:

• Miracle Constellation

• Chakra constellation

• Chakra meditation

• Core Transformation

Zero-Point Journey

Metanoia - the good new life (Module 5)

"The new Buddha is a community." (Thich Nhat Hanh)

We deepen and expand the embodied self-distinguishing distinction and interconnectedness, exploring socio-political conflicts at the embodied level. We free ourselves from old patterns and turn our gaze (metanoia) towards the good new life.

Methods:

• SELF-Coaching

• Body symptom Constellation

• Tetralemma Constellation

• Political Constellation

• Archetype embodiment

The modules can be attended individually and in any order and serve both as training and self-discovery.
