Consciousness through embodiment

"The tongue can lie - the body never can!" (Body language expert Samy Molcho)

Constellation

The roots of family constellation work lie in psychotherapeutic and systemic approaches, with Bert Hellinger often cited as its founding father. Since its beginnings in the 1970s, systemic work has continuously evolved.

In a systemic constellation, various elements of a system, such as family or organization, or inner aspects of ourselves, are embodied by representatives (sometimes using symbols or floor anchors). This allows hidden dynamics and patterns to be brought into conscious awareness. The ability to distinguish between the different parts and simultaneously experience their interconnectedness brings clarity and insight. Healing and realignment arise from within the system itself (autopoiesis).

Spiritual-systemic embodiment work

"...man only plays when he is in the full sense of the word a human being, and he is only fully a human being when he plays." (Friedrich Schiller)

We are always part of a larger system and always part of the greater whole, which is referred to by many different names (depending on cultural and individual preference): Source, God, Tao, Intelligence, Love, Emptiness, Great Spirit... Including this spiritual aspect in the constellation frees us from problem fixation, opens up new perspectives and allows us to experience connectedness in freedom.

We begin with a spiral conversation, giving everyone space to express themselves while the others listen attentively. From there, we move into embodiment work, drawing on the toolbox of spiritual-systemic constellation formats, such as ego-self, heart-wrench constellations, body-symptom constellations, ancestral work, medicine wheel, and others. I also like to integrate an aspect that points to inner wholeness into a classic family constellation. Of course, there is also plenty of room for experimentation and further development.

The performers have the opportunity to shed the costume of their own personality for a certain period of time and allow themselves to be repeatedly surprised by what the knowing field brings to light. The role of the spectator is equally important, as the awareness of the observers intensifies the healing and insight process.

"Spirituality is the transcendence of the limits of consciousness. Spirituality is therefore a way of life."

Family Constellation
The insights gained through externalization (i.e., the use of actors) help to resolve entanglements, transform old patterns, and take responsibility for oneself and one's happiness.

"The happiness sought by the self"
It's easily slipping away from us.
We grow when we can.

The happiness of the soul
comes and stays.
It grows with us."
